No, I am not talking about Lady Gaga's song! Haha...my partner at work had just gotten herself a new camera and she has been shooting us. Me especially have been her guinea pig as she practice, trying to get the perfect angel, lighting, flash and what nots. She has also been going around 'shooting' people who dress nicely to work and now its on facebook. I must say its quite fun looking at the pics but I never expect to be so called 'chosen' on the second day. I was just wearing a normal outfit, even though I think partner herself is the one who never fails to dress up to work! One of these days, I gotta 'shoot' her! Haha.
Her new nickname is 'papparazzi'...given by me.
Her camera is awesome and I did a jump shot. With this knee, cannot jump too high but thank goodness she managed to 'catch' me in the air!

I realised that its been a week of me not blogging. It has been a really busy and hectic week. While I soooooooo look forward to the holidays, there is also so many things to do in such short time. This week was highly stressful at work, with the exams and all and even after the exams ended and I am left with another half the day to conduct lessons, I had to cancel it so that I can do the nitty gritty admin stuffs that takes up so much time.
What is keeping me so busy from the moment I sit down at my workstation at 6.45 am right up to 2 pm are mainly the learning reviews, the screenings that die die must finish, the PSG consent forms, the outing to pasir ris park consent forms. On top of that, partner and me were roped in to help with the musical and these really stole almost all our time initially planned to finish up our reviews. But I must say I have been pretty dettached with this and partner really took the lead. Sorry, I feel like since I am not able to finish my own core business, doing others business just does not make sense to me. Those to-do lists, anyone can do, my to-do list, only I can do it.
Imagine 28 students (mine) and 14 students under LFs. I have only completed 10 reviews and that includes Vivi's 5 students. Thank God she is good and I do not have to edit much and I am so happy she handed it to me early! Saved me some distress!
Of course sending out and collecting consent forms transforms me into a postman, going around the school collecting forms. It irritates me when they cannot remember to bring and worst still, when they do not know where the forms are! I think I am immune to it, came to a point where no is no point getting angry anymore. I know I have been super strict with the boys recently but I really need to save myself the headache.
Come to think of it, we have not even buy the gifts for the kids and the prize presentation is on Thursday!! Help!!!
In fact, I ended going to many classes this week due to the stress! I just felt like I needed to express it all out and once the class is over, I am rejuvenated and I feel better and I can start afresh the next day rushing to get things done.
On Tuesday I decided to go to M's Jazz and since I did not want to do just one class, I went earlier for Des's KB-- my first time with her for KB. It was super complicated to follow and since there were so many directional changes (which I cannot remember) I thought I felt pain in knees. Bumped into the lovely Debbie there and ended up going to T1 for KB again at 7.30 pm. 4 classes on a weekday? I thought I was the only crazy one.
My overviews and fuft were also all conveniently scheduled in such a way that I do not miss classes so thats pretty awesome. I really feel like I am squeezing all my time together to do so many things and I know I am capable of multi tasking. I also finish reading 2 books from the system this week. Woohoo!
So today I was free (my overview got postponed) so I decided to go to M's afternoon classes as well. I had initially told Deb that I may be going down to Toa Payoh to support her since she was doing the KB performance. She was so ecstatic to see me and gave me big hug! Haha! So cute right..anyway I am glad to find someone as crazy about KB as me and yes we do share the same obsession to lose weight even though she is not fat at all!
I offered to be the camera woman and recorded their performance on stage, and took pictures during the mass workout. They even bribe me to volunteer myself to do mini kb on stage. (Dont ask me how). Anyway had great fun with the girls and even DD whom as usual was very comical lah.
Tonight must be the first night in many many nights that I am free and that is why I am able to sit down in front of the computer and type this away. This whole week has been so full of laughter and I am glad that it is that way because work is piling up as we rush through to finish the many things we started.
The growth of team is booming and that means that I will be really really busy next week!! So dont ANYONE dare tell me they are busy! Its like an insult to me when someone says that to me.
Combine PASE tomorrow, which reminds me, dearie Margaret and Eddie are with my dear mentors in US, I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous!!!
