What Does Your Birth Date Mean?
I turn 25 today. Therefore, from now on my age will remain at 25. Even if its 10 years down the road. I almost forget about today due to my hectic schedule but the people around me have been wishing since Sunday. Thank you so much for making it great every year. I feel so blessed to be part of your world and I hope my presence brings at least a tiny significance in your lives.
I didnt start the day well. First, I know for a fact that I was gonna be wor
king for 10 hours today and just the thought of it is enough to make me depressed. Furthermore I didnt have any key with me today so I was locked out of my workplace for a good 30 minutes before Mdm Kei finally came and open up. Working with old people is like this. They are so forgetful at times but I have been able to keep myself calm all these times. I was spending the time waiting with this grey cat which I feed everyday- well, almost everyday. It is always so delighted to see me every morning and would just come up to me to stroked its fat body against my dress. Cats always make me happy and losing Bedah my darling cat was a big blow. Look at it, isnt she sooo cute?
When I came in I was pleasantly suprised to find these:
Cards from the students! They do this every year and this is the fourth year. I was unable to stop tears last year as I was so touched. But this year I was able to maintain and not shed any tears...so I thought.
When Nurul came in at 10am that was when it starts. Usually my wond
erful colleagues will share and get something just like we practice everytime its someone's birthday. This year this is what I received. I love the purple envelope! Its gorgeous! These people whom I am really close to know me so well, they even know all my taste! The bigger one was from everyone at work and Kak G whom I miss so much. The smaller one is from my honey Nurul. It was a book of affirmations and its so beautiful. There was also a cd. I wasnt too sure of what the cd comprises of so she said why dont I go to the office and play the cd. And so I did.
The cd was actually a slideshow with songs and photos from the first time the Planet Senario fans met! It was all the way back from 8 years ago and this was the time I had to stretch myself out to reach for the box of tissue. It was so sweet...I just cant believe how much thought and effort Nurul must have gone through. There were photos from holidays, work, at the beach...just about everywhere! The last few photos also touched me to tears as they were photos of Nurul and myself at so many different places, on different occasions. Awwwwwww..its so sweet. Even I cant believe how many photos we have accumulated over the years. These are sweet and good memories of people who have influenced my life so much that its weird how much we can read each other sometimes. Haha. So I guess we will continue taking photos all the way till we get married, have children, have grandchildren. Hahaha.
Thank you sooooooooooo much! You guys colour my world and I thank God Almighty for your wonderful presence in my life. And everytime this day comes, you remind me how my lfie has been so amazingly filled with love and care. I just cant thank you enough! Love ya lots! Muahs!!
