you're the one for me >>
but I do not know who and where you are........... < ">

You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

The Keys to Your Life

Anything good in your life comes from your vision and clarity.

You're able to see above all the small things in life and wisely understand the big picture.

Anything bad in your life comes from sinking to the level of those around you.

Remember to lift people up, and refuse to participate in anything petty.

I hope you are enjoying our weekend so far. I know people will have that dreadful feeling on Sunday night before you go to work the next morning. If you are, something is wrong man. You have to change something in your life and I think most of you will know what exactly needs to be changed.

Refusing to participate in anything petty. Hmm, I wonder how it is to worry about the nitty gritty stuffs that do not really need our attention. It really bothers me when people are so concern (and petty rather) about things that they cannot change. I mean, why focus on things you cannot change right? We might as well redirect our energy and time to things that CAN be changed.

Clarity is a very important thing to have when things just do not go according to plan. A lot of my dear friends who lost their clarity in why they are doing what they do will feel that they are slowly being sucked down by the natural negative energy of the world around them. Negativity is like free radical, they are everywhere and we cannot stop it. The only thing we can do is to protect ourselves is by creating an emotional bubble around us so that we can remain like our calm selves.

So Fridays PASE was so phenomenal! I think Ender should be given time to speak every week you know. If we ever have to go to war, Ender should be given the task to speak to the army to fire them up before they go! After the meeting, I told Ender that I will buy every single cd of his! That was how exciting he was. It is obvious that the team is growing and I know that nothing is going to stop these people from winning.

I was sharing the plan and doing some follow up this week and I get asked this question a lot. It is almost embarassing to answer because I was not properly guided for about a year and then I went through a lot of major changes in the past year. While everything was going on, I did still attend the functions but I was not expanding. I can be in this business for 10 years but if I do not get active, I will remain stagnant. Which I did. However, when I made the decision to get everything going again, I could see the results and impact immediately. It was a little difficult to get the momentum back in the beginning but once it started, it just kept rocking!

So after the reminder about the measuring tape and life span, I knew that this year is my year to make an impact. Its long overdue and I think the team really need to see a single lady eagle. Thanks to Krystal who shared about Apple's story last night, I think I have hope! Apple went Emerald as single. Woohoo. Cool right.

Today was interesting. I had lesson at Darul Mawa as usual and about 11 plus it started raining heavily. We were supposed to leave at 12 pm but since there was lightning and thunder, we waited. And when the rain got lighter, we decided that it was time to leave but guess what? The whole area was flooded. It was like the home was surrounded by a pool of water up to the knee. I did not mind walking in the water that high but on the way out we saw rats and cockroaches everywhere. Ok, actually it was 1 rat. But it was huge! It was running across the eating area and after that nobody dared to walk out of the home. We were advised to wait for the water to subside before making our way home.

I really wonder how the kids live in such living conditions. They really do not deserve that. Plus, the building is really old and it is about time they build a new house for the kids there. So while walking home, Bazz told me about their attempts at fund raising. So they are short of more than a million dollars to raise up the place (to prevent future flooding of area). So basically, they need money.

I made this fund raising goal part of my emotional dream before this but after this incident I had change my figure to donate in the list of goals. I think we all need to think outside the box. Why set the bar so low when we can go higher? So what about, instead of looking for hundreds of people to donate at least $3 per month, how about looking for a few wealthy people to donate thousands of dollars? Made sense right?

How about BEING that person who can actually afford to donate enough to make an impact?

Today I rejected a teaching job that pays me $50 per hour. But I rejected it because I knew that 1 STP = $4000.

Which made more sense?
