In your book, the future is now. You're motivated by being part of something new and exciting. And to reach those ends, you're willing to take some risks. You have personal expectations and want to ultimately make a difference in this world and your workplace. Work is not just a paycheck for you and it shows in how you care about what you do. You're a standup person and are committed to the success of any organization you work for — willing to accept responsibility squarely on your shoulders.
But you won't get far if you're working for a company that's not based on a system that values your contributions. What kind of work environment will really let you shine?
I am addicted to this tests!
Some of you must be excited about getting your performance bonus this week. Yah, actually I have no clue that we are getting it so please dont ask me anything. I was also shocked to know that this performance bonus was based on our grade our RO gave us. I have no idea what grade I am in.
I know we sometimes cannot help but ask around how much our colleagues get but please remember that if they get more than you, its probably because they get a higher grade than you so there is no reason to be jealous or frustrated. What you CAN do is to take the lesson, learn from it and improve this time round.
I have been so caught up with overviews and appointments that this totally did not crossed my mind. Plus the bedroom at home is in a mess with papers, files and books and this week they will be partitioning my classroom which means= MORE CLEANING!
I guess I should not worry about that because the presentation is on Friday and I have not even decided what to share. Great!
This week is excitement! I cannot wait for workshop tommorrow! Woohooo.....have an awesome start to the week! Open meeting is on Tuesday not Wednesday ok! Do not come on the wrong day! Haha.
ps: Congratulation to Naf for eating the biggest frog!
