You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Look who's talking.

Woohoo. If you are on my list of contacts and msn, you would have probably realised that there have been a lot of woohooing that I do. The 'woohoo' tradition for me is one such that whenever there are exciting and great things happening, a 'woohoo' will come out from my mouth, sms, email, or even shout out. I hope to be the most excited person that you know personally, or the person who gives out the most 'woohoo'. If I am not the most excited person you know, please let me know because I would really want to get to know that other person who is more excited than me! Haha.

In a nutshell, there has been many things to celebrate about lately, and unless you are in the britt team, you will not understand the excitement that surrounds us everyday. July was one of the most productive month for me and team mates and guess what, this is only the beginning. August sets to be on fire with our dear mentors coming to Singapore in 2 weeks time! Woohoo. (here it goes again). Also, we are looking forward to major celebration with regards to eagleship in august so thats why as we get closer to 15, 16 and 17 August, we get more and more excited!

Still, I have always believe that there will be no eagle, unless my team decides that there will be an eagle. It will not entirely depend on me, it will depend on my team mates;)

I am also in the midst of getting some people get started right because I know that it is soooo important to do that. Let me share with you an incident that I went through about 2 weeks ago and taught me a lesson that I will remember for the rest of my life.

As you know I was away in Batam for the weekend 2 weeks ago. I had the intention to get myself a handbag big enough to carry all the things that I carry (yes, no need to laugh:p) and I spotted this yellow D&G bag while the rest of the family were busy buying keropok. I had only change S$50 so I was pretty cautious on what to spend on. That bag was so attractive, so I felt like I needed to get someone's support before deciding to purchase it. My auntie, who was a few steps away from me came over and I asked her 1 question:

"Is that bag nice?"

Shocking, she said, "Eeeeeeeeeee, not nice! Its soo ugly, what are you thinking?!"

She then walked away.

I was too shock to fully understand what really happened. I was upset and angry, I mean, even if you do not like it, there is no need to criticise me in the process. After a few minutes of thoughts, I looked at my auntie again, now busy with her kids.

I looked at what she was wearing, her handbag, how she handle her kids.

I looked at me, what I was wearing, how I bring myself to people.

I thought, that I looked so much better than her (in terms of dressing) ! Haha! Why in the world, am I asking the opinion of somene who I never want to be?! Look who's talking!

That was clarity. Even though we are family, and even though they want the best for me, they are definitely NOT the best people to check with with regards to success. Therefore, if you want to seek someone's opinion, check the people you are checking from. If you want to be exactly like them, how they end up, by all means, listen to them. If not, look for another person. You will save yourself your future.

Clarity is the most important thing that you need to have in performing your everyday duties. Someone with no clarity will not see any point in doing things, and thus will not be able to differentiate between what is beneficial for them, and what is not beneficial at all. I have understood that some things that I like to do, deserves to be postponed for a while, to exchange for something even bigger and better. If you have no clarity, you will most likely feel tired at the end of a day's work because you lack the excitement in your future that you need but do not realise.

That is normal. About 80% of people will fall into this category. However, I shall not fall into this category. I strive to be in the minority.

If there is a need to separate yourself from the negativity, please do so because it will affect your thought process. I am protecting my thought process and to do that I have to remain clear on why I do what I do, how to do it.

I hope you retain and regain that clarity too;)

Your Mind is 16% Cluttered

Your mind is clear, focused, and downright zen like.

You have the amazing ability to almost completely control your thoughts.

Are you sure you're human?

I am not human. I am eagle.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
ps: To Fidah, get well soon. Power of spoken words, you are getting better and better as we speak and by Wednesday, you will be at Meridien function;)
