but I do not know who and where you are........... < ">

You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Little Things

I had a really busy day today!! (What's new huh?)

Work up early after a good full 7 hours sleep. I slept before 12 am last night and woke up gracefully at 7.30 am. In fact I was still early and was trying to go back to sleep but I cannot seem to do that so I got up, showered and started packing my bag for the day.

CL was fun as always. There is this auntie who took the Ramadhan and Syawal leave and she today she saw me and she exclaimed, "You lost so much weight!!"

Made me happy only the rest of the day. (Singlish on purpose here :p)

As usual too sat down after class and chit chat for a while before leaving for PASE. DD really talked a lot and in that almost an hour can talk about so many things. Debbie and Ju were staying for PP and when I told my dear instructor that I was not staying for PP he went on and ask "Why?" sadly.

Aiyo..I admit. I am not living double life. I am living triple life! Haha!

PASE was super awesome. Someone shared this during PASE:

Its the little things that define you. Do not underestimate the impact the little actions can make.

How true you know. Recently I feel like I have been doing so many little things, something as little as a smile can start a friendship. Something as little as asking "How are you today?" can sparked appreciation. Something as little as turning up, can result in me getting a big hug. Something as little as saying hello can make people remember you. Something as little as a compliment can make someone's day.

Sometimes we are so focused on getting the big things done, we tend to ignore the little things. I believe the last few books I read for this month have really contribute a lot to my thought process. Thank God for the SOCD and BOM program!!

While I am in such high state of urgency to get things done since FED is coming, I feel like sometimes I really do not know how to speed up anymore. Some things really will happen in its own time and I simply have to master the patience to wait and the wisdom to know when to wait and when NOT to wait.

I dreamt of Samina last night. Probably my subconcious telling me to give her a call!! Hah!

I have so many photos to share here, but all are in the camera, will do it on Monday and the next time I get to blog.

Meanwhile this was from yesterday....I most certainly hope that there were no students, parents, colleagues around when I was on stage for that short period of time :p

KB mass workout was awesome and some kids in front of me were doing it with all their heart. So cute!! My poor instructors were drenched because it was sooooo hot!

Must take photo lah, see one another so many times a week but never take photo. Here is my first photo together with Debbie (the KB queen and did not use to do dance at all) and Edlyn my instructor right from the beginning of this weight loss journey. They are both younger than me!!

Keep rocking and kicking!
