I had a fantastic day today. Had fun at BOB with the bananas. Yup, today we are all in matching black, plus the yellow bandana!! Waiting for Juli to upload the pics at facebook! It was impromptu and even the banana instructor was in matching black and yellow bandana..haha. The yellow bandana was a gift from me to the banana gang including our dear instructor so now they have matching headscarf-- with me! Haha!
Decided not to go BEB because I do not really favour this particular routine. Went over to the gym and went on the threadmill to run. Yes. Me. Run. 2 words that never use to come together in a sentence. But I did it today and I am quite suprise that I was able to run consistently without stopping for 20 mins. If you were to tell me many months ago that I can run for 20 mins non stop, I would have called you a big liar! Haha.
Home meeting was soooooooo awesome. I was incredibly inspired by the hudle we had at the end of the home meeting. I was also so super fired up listening from Cikgu, and I kept asking myself : These people are in my team?! Thank you my dearies for edifying me to such great heights. I am so touched that they made me part of their goal.
I shall not take it for granted. I am doing what I say I do. I will be NOT be a representative of meaningless words with no actions to back up.
