You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Have you visit my renter, The Dramedy of Life yet? She has a really funny banner now over at her blog. If you wanna have a good laugh, go over and visit her!

I just came back from the most exciting and fired up PASE meeting! Every first friday of the month is always exciting when we have William Anthony's team over. The house is so packed, people are standing outside! That was why I made a point to come early and sit in front. Sitting in front is the best, you always get a little bit more than those sitting at the back.

Today was extra exciting because Ender did the recognition for the pin breakers for last month. You know Ender, he is so fired up that I think all of us sitting at the front could feel the vibe! Haha. What he said was so inspiring, and sometimes its a slap to me. However its good because I know whatever he said, its the truth and I cannot deny the truth. Today he mentions that people have faith in people who have faith in people. Did you get that? If you didnt, you have to go back and re-read what is written. I just realise that I didnt have enough faith in some people. I mean, you cant fake faith, its either there or not. The thing is faith can grow when you want it to. No matter how the eye sometimes demand to see what needs to be seen, I must develop faith and believe from within first before I see it physically. Point noted. I will work on it.

Thanks to Eddie and Margaret, I just realise how important communication is. Its been a long time since I called Samina, thanks to all the health challenges that attacked me this past month. So I made the decision to call her tonight, right after PASE meeting. And I did! Sometimes I wonder if I am fit to speak to such a wonderful leader like her. I have yet to gain the respect that I want from her. But being the humble person that she is, she welcomes anyone that needed her help, even when all she can give me is words. Thats enough for me, I am truly honoured.

Her advice for me is to do the best I can, and not worry about all the hassles happening around me. With the move, and starting of school, its a completely new environment for me and my roles have changed. Sometimes I find myself lost, not knowing the direction of where I am going. I have no idea how my schedule is going to be, I wonder if I will be too busy to do the core steps, show the plan, help new ibos get started, be there when needed. But a part of me insisted that no matter how busy I am, I MUST set aside time to do this. Its a long awaited success and I shall NOT wait for the right time to do this business. There is no such thing as 'right time' anyway. She also said the great things are going my way when all challenges hit me at one go, it is going to get better and then great so just hang on and believe in that. I believe that.

Margaret also emphasizes on one other thing that caught me. Never ever put negative thoughts in your head. Thankfully, since I left my old workplace last month, I have not cursed at anyone! Hurray! I remembered cursing the ongoing stairs at NIE but that was it. I am so glad I got out of such a negative working environment. Its so great not having to curse your boss, not getting angry all the time, not scolding students when they dont do their work. Its fantastic! Nurul dear, you know what to do now. I seriously think I look better. Well, you know what they say, you look like how you feel. So I feel great, I look great!

Tonight was sweet because someone asked if I lost weight? Yeah! The question that makes every woman happy. Haha. I dont think I have but maybe because I dress better? Haha..I really do not know. I hope when classes start and I have to keep climbing the darn staircases at NIE, I will lose weight and become than slim girl you see in advertisements. LOL.

I had to do on functions today. I was excited to do it because its been a long time since I last presented at PASE. I totally forgot that it was going to be a combined PASE so the crowd would be doubled. Nervous at first, as always, but once I start, I am on a roll. I think it was ok, I did cleared out some points that I really wanted to bring out.

Thank you so much to Margaret. She never fails to edify me every time! I am honoured and blessed to be there. Haha. I honestly think I dont deserve your wonderful words. I am still learning from your leadership.

Its just that I am not sure how to react to some of the comments. A few of them actually said congrats, wonderful speech, you are a wonderful speaker. Hmmm...its funny because I did NOT give a speech. I prefer to be an excellent do-er. I mean, we can all speak, but do we do what we speak? I hope people do not think of me as only a great speaker, but also someone that they can relate to.

2 people changed how I view things tonight.

I was talking to Crystal when she mentioned that she is not a good speaker and she gets the jitters when she speaks to crowds. I informed her that its normal, I was really bad too when I first went up, in fact I told her that I dropped books and the weasel collapsed when I was presenting! Haha..well that was how bad I was. Nothing great was ever achieved without being bad first so dont worry about it. Then she mentioned about my presentation on books a few months back! How that made her so excited! That was so many months ago! And she remembered. I am truly honoured.

Next up. Hong Meng. As I was drinking in the kitchen, I congratulated him for being a brand new 12%ter this month. He then mentioned that thanks to what I said when I hit 12%, he is where he is now. I went ....what? I hit 12% last year! In fact I did not went 12%, I went straight to 15%. He said that since a lady could double pin break, he could too.

Thank you. I now know how powerful one's words can be. That means yours too. When you speak to someone, writes about something / someone, you actually behold a power that can affect someone's emotions. It can be positive. It can be negative. Make the right choice.
