Finally I get to have some time by myself. It has been a really crazy and hectic few days. Guess what? I lasted 2 whole days with only 3 hours of sleep. Had to complete some assignments and I ended up finishing at almost 3 am in the morning. By 6 am I was up again and off I got for classes. Its like coming home only to sleep and finish leftover assignments. I can sleep standing up now. I must congratulate myself for walking around like a zombie for 2 whole days but you guys did not realise it right? Haha! Keep on being cheerful no matter what the circumstances!
Ok yes I do 'rest' my eyes in class but I 'rest' my eyes no matter how many hours of sleep I have!
It may seem like I blog everyday but if you are a regular here, you will notice that this blog is not as 'deep' as before. I guess I have not been reflecting enough? Isnt it just sad that we do not have time to reflect? Time is such a precious commodity that we simply choose to ignore doing the most important thing that we should be doing- reflection and checking if we are on track for our life goals.
Well hopefully that will all change soon. I have a hectic schedule till the end of the year! But through life lessons before this, I realise that being busy is better than being free. Being busy means that every single minute is being use to do something useful. So there!
Some of the topics covered this week has been interesting for me. On Monday we covered on Multiple Intelligences. It is always interesting to learn things about oneself right? I did cover this topic before in my previous courses but it was not in depth. I have always known that I am more of a visual learner and I understand things better when I see them instead of hearing about them. This is most probably why I sometimes am slow at catching what people say (not because of hard of hearing!) but because my brain takes slightly longer to digest and decode the words that I hear. So please understand and stay patient;)
As most of you know, there are 8 different intelligences and everyone is different. Guess what? I scored very high (100%) on linguistic intelligences! It was no suprise but 100%? Haha. I am good at words and that explains the blog and why I love writing. I scored the lowest on logical mathematical intelligence and that also explains why I totally sucked in Chemical Process Diploma I did I few years ago. Well, if only we had known our intelligences earlier.

I thought I would score higher on intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence but nevertheless it was still quite high although not as high as linguistic intelligence. It was fun and certainly an eye opener and I am happy that I am linguistically intelligent. Thank you Ms Woo, my Maths teacher when I was in Sec 1. You suceeded in making me feel stupid just because I was not good in Maths. You are wrong now and I will never ever be the teacher you did because you made me feel bad about myself. I never ever want to make my students feel bad about themselves.
