This is very true. I do enjoying writing down my thought and feelings and not being able to do that so often nowadays is causing some disorientation for me. I suddenly realised that I am messy, disorganized and also easily confused. Not expressing in the right way do cause problems. No wonder people pay so much to the therapist and psychiatrist to listen to them express themselves.
Anyway yesterday was the last day of the inservice training. Yay! I am happy and relieved that it is over but at the same time, a little sad as I will not be able to see my fellow snos and gossip. Haha. Ok we do not really gossip but we still do talk about our students and school, no one knows what SNOs do apart from the SNOs themselves. Unfortunately I have yet to complete the book review, due in 2 weeks time.
Hmm...when am I ever going to find the time. I am only halfway from finishing the book so I think I better buck up!
There were some significant events this week. Firstly, I was invited by Mrs Toh to be in a panel of discussion for teachers in NIE. I was quite honoured to be invited, and a littlke reluctant to go since the classes are in the evening. However, I think I owe a big part of my easy work and success in school due to her so I feel oblige to accept the invitation. Anyway to share with teachers about experiences, why not if it could benefit everyone.
Yesterday too, I had a wonderful conversation with my principal and vice principal. I realised that my principal is cooler than I thought she was. She listens, and was able to understand what I was going though. I do not know, why I suddenly had the courage to tell her about the love letter that the SNOs are planning. Guess what!? She actually encourage me to do that and also gave me 2 proper contacts to channel this letter to. Wow. That is cool.
I also informed her about the situations with SNOs in some other schools, and asked if she could share the foundation of success that the principals can do to allow SNOs to do their ultimate best. She wrote it down and I am so excited if she shares. I must tell ya, she is the best female boss that I have ever had. I am so blessed.
Ok, I am actually in between periods. Planning timetable is a big headache with so many students clashing. Nevertheless, I planned my timetable in such a way that I have more time for screening and doing administrative matters. I think its also time to fully set up this room, as I heard personally from the principal and vice principal that it is most likely that I will stay in this room. Woohoo!
Wed function was fantastic and when they announced the FED plans, I cant wait! 3 days of excitement away from the negativity of this city. Here is the plans so take note ok team.

Friday is the last day of school so for all who are involved in schools (almost all of you), do take the necessary action of taking leave early. In fact do it now to avoid dissapointments.
The weekend is here! Yay!
