I seriously apologize for the lack of updates. I have been fully utilising my holidays and doing all that I can and I am enjoying every minute of it. The time seems to pass by me sooo fast and now the holidays are almost over and that means that I go back to work next week. By right, I should be in school this week to clean up and do whatever I can to prepare for lessons, but I will only be back in school tomorrow for staff meeting. I shall make use of the time to photocopy the worksheets and probably do a little cleaning of my workstation and classroom. Who wants to help me clean my classroom??!!!I feel like me and partner have be reshuffling the classroom arrangement for the entire year so this time I hope this arrangement will stay.
I am also soooo happy that bestie is finally back from her long holiday in Dubai! My dream place and I will definitely make it there one day!! Woohoo.
To me 2009 had been pretty awesome. The team is growing, I lost weight and I met so many lovely friends from the gym in the process of doing that.
First up, is the group of people from Monday afternoon at PM. Jess and Debbie are my love and doing KB is never the same without them. Actually before knowing Debbie, I always notice her as this girl who looked totally stylo milo when doing KB. She was like a pro and she never really smiled so I really thought she is quite stuck up. Hahaha. Now she is my love and who knows that we have some insane thought process in common!
Then there is this cute girl whom I totally did not notice at all. The first time we interacted was when she took the mat for me before abdominal and cool down and she even smiled at me. I was thinking, "Who is this person?" Now I call her laughing kickboxer because she will always laugh during KB sometimes for no apparent reason. Gila. Haha!
Where is our super vain instructor???!!!! Haha..
Next is of course my Banana Gang whom I really dont know how everything got started. Basically this group of people are regulars on Thurs for CL and HH and on Sat BOB at T1. I think the whole thing started when I invited them to my place for Eid celebrations. Anyway, we are clearly so diversidied, all coming from different backgrounds and clearly united based on our love to dance. (I think I am the worst dancer of the banana gang as my forte is KB haha).
I really really shared so many laughters with these people and before you know it we are known as 1 gang and even the instructors and counter staff know about us! (PS: People talk--- a lot!)
Of course we will be nowhere if not for our awesome instructor who is equally crazy. This was taken after CL class at PM.
Christmas Day BOB at Kovan. He did a replacement class for DD on that day and since that was my regular class I was there. We were in matching red and black and so was our instructor ;) This was truly unplanned!
4 bananas with one angel. Hahah! Its really too bad that it wasnt the whole banana gang but it was still awesome.
BOB on Boxing Day at T1. Matching black and the yellow bandana was a gift from me so they decided to wear it on that day. We were so obviously the centre of attention in the crowded class because even our instructor was in black top and yellow bandana! Haha..
Chief, Jac and me decided to skip BEB and there we were camwhoring. Haha. I think I will join on Sat because even though I think this BEB routine sucked, I kinda miss not doing his BEB for the entire week.
I am so looking forward to 2010 where I know I will busier with the team growing and me breaking my goals. My work is as usual as hectic but I know somehow I will be able to manage all this. Simply because I was created to multi-task.
Here's to a more successful and enjoyable year!! This is only the beginning! 2010 shall be brighter and better than this year! ;)
