I know its been a while since I blog. I love blogging a lot and I really wish I can do it more often. Its been incredubly hectic for me, even to have 6 decent hours of sleep remains as a challenge for me.
Nevertheless, there is so much to blog about. There has been so many happenings and I wish I had the time to capture the wonderful memories here. I also wished I had a camera to record the happy moments of smiles so I shall aim to get a good quality camera hopefully sometime in March. Partner's blog is so full of beautiful pictures and I simply love the pictures she post at her blog. She can really go become a professional photographer because her photos always capture the 'moment' haha.
Started full swing teaching last week, I was so busy preparing the worksheets for the entire semester and even after I released a big number of students to my LF, I am still stuck with 44 teaching periods. Crazy right? Oh well, its much better than last year where I was teaching 52 periods and hardly had any time at all to do programs.
I was also busy with follow ups last week and it was really a mad rush the entire week.
Our dear Banana chief got married last weekend and it was an impromptu decision to go out for a so called 'Hen's Party' before the day of solemnisation. It was simple, because we do not go clubbing, we do not drink and I am pretty sure we are too old for all this haha. Therefore we went out for a simple 'makan' before heading to karaoke.
These girls can really eat! Work hard at gym in classes and then eat eat eat. Haha!
Ju brought for chief a special crown and a sash that says 'Bride to be'. Sooooooo cute..hmm she is really awesome at planning events!
I was actually sleeping in the day and since I was not used to sleeping in the day I went out with a slight headache and at the end of the night with all the loud music and crazy dancing /singing (if you can call it dancing haha), I was having a major migraine attack.
I have not had one in a long time and I most certainly do not miss it. Ju was so sweet to send me home.
Even though some of the bananas were not able to make it, it was still pretty fun and next time whoever who gets married next, we shall have more experience in planning a proper 'Hen's Party' Haha.
Day of solemnisation. I was actually really stress because I had to train Jac the morning of the day itself right after CL class. Thank God she is excellent at remembering choreography! I was also stress because I have never performed before especially in public so this was really a crazy idea.
Meet up early at 5 pm with the rest of the bananas. 1 hour to practice and rehearse. Really really thank God that these ladies are excellent at memorising routines and at the end of the day it wen well..haha. Suprisingly, I was not nervous at all before the short performance. Even as we were rehersing, people were snapping away our photos for what I do not know.
I hope they did not use that for some marketing or advertising. Haha. Performance only for our chief!
Chief was gorgeous but just as crazy!
Dinner was awesome too, she specially cater halal just because of Ju and me. Love her!
Obviously, our table was the noisiest! Bananas and crazy instructor. Thank God, no tears, the solemnisation was sweet and I am sure they will live in marital bliss!
