The highly anticipated BOM is finally in my hands! Yay! Thank you Fir for taking this book for us, if he had not picked up for us, I would probably get this book on Friday PASE. I am pausing the current book that I am reading now, so that I can started this book. Woohoo.
In the years of book reading I have come across the name 'Charlie Tremendous Jones' many times in books and now here finally, is a book written by him.
This weekend was a 'bumping' weekend for me. What do I mean by that? Ok, on Sunday I was too lazy to go out but was harrassed by my parents to go out to the supermarket. We eventually did. I think its a strategy they do every week because I am the one paying for everything!
There is a malay wedding happening at the void deck and I really dread it when it happen because they will usually play really LOUD music. I really hate it because being at the 2nd floor, I can hear everything! I wonder if everyone is hard of hearing and they can only listen to the music loudly. Gosh. So I was on the way down to look for the car when I saw this guy in sunglasses. He looked really familiar but somehow I cant put my finger on it. While probably staring at this guy, I heard someone call my name. I turned around and saw Saifudin! He was with another tall guy, our BWW team mate too but I cannot recall his name. Shortly after, Kak Ratna came over and we for a moment we were all excited and amazed how we bumped into each other. Apparently the wedding was their cousin's and that they were at the void deck the night before, right after team meeting! Saifudin said that is they knew I was staying just upstairs, they would have 'tumpang' me home and invited me to eat together. Haha! So all these time they were downstairs and I am just upstairs at the second floor.
After that, while at Geylang, changing the tudung wrongly bought by my mum, I bumped in Miss Shifa! Actually Ms Shifa and myself were out 'shopping' on Saturday when we turned up at Darul Mawa with no kids. And there she was and me, at the Geylang new market, what a coincidence.
So after that pitstop we went to Bedok Corner to eat. It was the only second time I was there and man the ayam penyet stall we went to had horrible food. It was not even nice but I was starving and it was already 4 pm so I just ate it, I didnt finish it though. I NEVER not finish my food ok. So while waiting for my dad to pack food for my brother the prince, I saw a fellow SNO with her son at the carpark. Again, what a small world.
Todays home meeting was awesome and I can just see the tremendous growth that is in for the team. I have no doubts that in a few months time, I will be clapping for you while you receive your pin on the stage. Yes YOU. For now, we just follow the recommendations and just do it!
