Have faith and pray
Today I had 2 types of tears. Of happiness and of sadness (unfortunately). I shall not mention the cause of the tears of sadness.Nevertheless, I am thankful to be part of this wonderful, awesome britt gala team. I am nothing without this team.
A special prayer:
Ya Allah swt, in this time of need, strengthen me. You are my strength and my shield; You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. I know that Your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts long for You.
I do not fear, for You are with me.
I am not dismayed or overwhelmed, for You are my God. I know You will strengthen me and help me; that You will uphold me with Your righteous hand. Even as the shadows of illness cover me, I feel the comfort of Your strength.
You have blessed me with many gifts, Ya Allah swt, but I know it is my task to realize them. May I never underestimate my potential, may I never lose hope. May I find the strength to strive for better, the courage to be different, the energy to give all that I have to offer. Amin.
I am the brand new silver with 3 Eagle legs who will be recognised at Go Diamond weekend in January 2009.
