I am officially going to be away from work the whole of next week. Yay! But I can rejoice not because I am going to be free, but because I need to a lot of things with respect to getting my goals by February. Due to that, this week was a mad rush at work (yes, despite it being the holidays) because holidays or not, some things needed to be done and ready before the school reopen so that I will not end up like a mad woman in school. That is not an understatement.
One of the things that I die die must finish was the labelling of the board games. Some of the board games have been with me for about a year and some were taken out for others to borrow so I REALLY needed to get this done. Next year I will be sharing some board games with SP and Cat so I labeled the board games using colour codes according to levels. It took me 2 whole days to finish everyting, I had no idea it would take that long. So now that it is finally done, I had to bring all of them up, with my market trolley of course. See how nice when everything is nicely arranged.
Of course the other part of the classroom are still messy but I shall dwell on the happy things!
Last night was a very exciting day. I had a guest for STP at Margaret's so that was why I was at her place by 8 pm. Unfortunately my guest was held up at work and was only there at 9.15 so I showed a 10 min overview and then brought him to mee Mr William and Yong Boon. This was an interesting case because truly, I do not know this person but who knows he might just be my 4th working leg.
Everyone, even the ones you do not know deserves at least an opportunity. Furthermore, if I had ever depended only on family and friends that I know, my business would not grow ;)
What was so powerful the Eagle's Nest after that. This time we had it combined with William's team so it was quite a big crowd. After listening to the new Eagle shared, I was so inspired that I just had to hug Gek San one more time. Like any other goal, when we make a decision to make it happen, challenges are bound to come. She shared about why she really went Eagle and that really got stuck in my mind. Apparently she felt the heart in pain during KL FED when all her uplines went on and sit at the Eagles seat. She went Eagle because she did not want to be left behind.
That is a really good reason to move up!
Guys, you have got to make it to Eagle's nest because there is sooo much awesome teachings that will never be released at PASE or even open meeting. Mr William actually taught us how to use the eagle tracking sheet properly. So from now on, bring the eagle tracking sheet together with you when you come to have your game plan with me. Of course only when you want to go Eagle, its not a compulsory thing.
The team leaders have started a standard and clearly, almost half the team are now Eagles, do not be left behind. Eagle IS the standard, CAM is still the goal.
I am here to pull you, not push.
I also got my answers and there is no reason not to make it. Clearly the topic of driving depth was the topic of discussion and I realised that things are even simpler than I thought they were. I am also so thankful to Eddie and Margaret who sending me home even when they did not have to. But that speaks of their character, they made sure I was safely home as it was almost 2 am. I am amazed even at myself for not even feeling sleepy, perhaps it was all the food that we ate :p
I shall be speaking my goals all the time. You should to!

Actually I
have yet to finish Master Key System, the BOM from last month but the BOM for this month is sooooooooo awesome that I cannot stop reading it. I just started reading it and I know one of my team mate is almost finishing it! Woohoo. The first chapter touched on change and how vital it is to change.
"When we don't think about changing, we are often suprised and dissapointed things happens to us."
This recession is a good thing. It helps people to think out of the book, and not be in a comfort zone when maknig decisions. I remember another recession 10 years ago, right about when I graduated from poly, and now 10 years later, it is here again.
So who is to say that its not going to happen 10 years later?
I hope you are doing something about it, before someone else decides what happens to you.
