I had meant to type sooner, but you know how God always has a bigger plan? Yup, the past few days was like a roller coaster, and I have so many things to share. Despite that, I was not able to recollect and reorganise my thoughts sooner and I decided to wait until I have a clear mind so that you can understand what I am trying to say.
I just watched the movie 'Facing the Giants' and it was such an inspirational movie. Yup, no worries, I will give you the link to the video that brought tears to so many people's eyes. However watching the whole show, I realised that there are so many lesson behind this show. This show emphasizes on the power of prayer. Apart from the scene that was screened during FED, another scene that impacted me was the football game scene. The team was losing and the leader was tired and he went to the coach. It went this way:
Brock: I am so tired. I cannot take it anymore. Somebody else have to continue to lead.
Coach: No! It is easy to lead when you are strong, but NOW is the best time for you to lead. Dont give up on me.
I think the question of leadership has been loitering about in my mind for the entire year. I agree with the statement, it is easy to lead when you are strong. However we are only humans and we do face times when we feel weak and vulnerable. I am not perfect at all. What happens then?
Persistence.
I think it will be a hectic few months ahead of me. In fact, I promised my dear mentors to be reach my goals and I will remain accountable to my words. In fact I just completed listening to one of their cds "Keep your promises" and I totally felt like she was talking to me. I did talk to her via the phone but listening to the same voice via cd is almost like deja vu. Suddenly all her words make sense!
I also realise that there was no point saying my goals. I shall be speaking via my actions from now on. Please take some time to check out this video that made many teared during FED, and for me again during sharing.

ps: Thank you my thousanth man (woman) who hosted me on Wed. It was a wonderful experience and an honour to be there. It is this kind of family environment that I want to bring my children up in.
