You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Paying the price

Its Saturday! Yay! This week was super hectic, I was even scrambling to find time to go to the toilet at work. This week, I made it to workout class everyday except meeting days. Since there was no PASE on Friday, bestie and me decided to take advantage of this to make it to the Tampines outlet. So that means, I was in training for 6 days this week! Woohoo.

Due to the hectic schedule too, I was too exhausted to pack my lunches resulting in Mom taking over everything. Thanks to my constant nagging about fried food and unhealthy food, Mom is slowly beginning to understand what I mean. So this week, her choices were not too bad.

Wednesday: Lontong goreng
Thursday: Fried bee hoon
Friday:Chicken poriddge

I usually do not take dinner whenever I come home late so by morning, I am always starving, so it is necessary to eat right to ensure a sufficient energy level.

Wednesday open meeting was a blast. I can sit and learn from Eddie and Margaret many many times and I will never get bored. He basically shared about redefining your purpose. I totally agree with this, you cannot do things and simply go with the flow. In everything that we do, there must be a purpose and a desired outcome.

My purposes were redefined that night. I am here to help others reach their potential and that is truly my calling. And the best thing about this is, I am already doing this through my job and being able to do the same thing for friends is equally rewarding and heartwarming. Of course at the same time, I need, not want, I NEED to set my family free, free from debt, free from worries and there is nothing out there except this business.

This business is not a money making thing for me anymore. It is my life, my future and my calling. This game will only be over when I win.

Of course my main goal right now is to help Hamid requalify as platinum and believe it or not, we are not far. We just need to push a little and STRETCH. It does not even matter that he was not around for a period of time, he was around when I was new and because of him, I was able to be independent and make this business work. For that, he deserves to be the platinum.

Its a done deal, we are making it happen. We make it happen.

I am really glad that Friday was over because I was fretting about Friday due to the PSG meeting. However, the meeting went really well, and if there were no absentees, the room would not be able to hold everyone. Sharing on math was not easy because math is simply not my forte, but I think I did ok, I most certainly hope that everyone learn something, not just from me, but from the other parents as well. I was most pleased when I see them coming in and started talking to each other. I did not even had to initiate it. It was awesome. Even after the meeting was over, some of them were sitting around the table, with Miao and me talking. It did not feel formal at all, it felt like talking to friends.

Plus, the newer parents joining us were also OG trained and we have a common ground. Imagine the type of coversations we have! I MUST thank my partner who as always, was the photographer of the event. She also helped me bring down the coffee and tea with the help of her students. DT was being annoying but I somehow find him so cute, haha. It was even funnier when he do nonsensical things and make partner so upset and angry at him. Yah, its weird that I find this funny hahaha. While moving the tables and chairs back, it felt like a community. Everybody helping each other selflessly. I am glad WE created this environment not just for the kids, but also for ourselves.

BIG thank you! Next week, its my turn to be the photographer and helper since partner will be having her PSG session instead.

Temptation of the week!

Chocolate chip cookies on partner's desk! I cannot resist chocolate chip cookies! The most amazing thing was, the biscuits were left open when partner went for class! Leaving me to smell it! I ended up taking 2 or 3 biscuits. I cannot remember.

Egg tart brought by Laura for the PSG meeting! Very nice! I have not had egg tart in months, perhaps even a year! Thank goodness I only had 2! Oh, I am forever grateful to Laura who help me with the refreshments for PSG sessions. Oh, I am also grateful to Anna who willingly decided to buy the SSN/LSP room an electric kettle for future PSG sessions! Wow, that was what we had in mind, and this person seem to be able to read our mind!

I had to cancel my P3 and P5 classes on Friday to settle some urgent matters. I can tell you for sure, my P3s will not be happy because they have been missing Friday lessons for 3 weeks in a row. Not entirely my fault ok.

When I came up at 2 pm for the P4 class, I saw this:

Apparently, W had become 'Big Brother' in the secondary school. Its sweet that they come and visit though. I do miss them ;)

Went for KB class at Tampines on Friday night. It was awesome!! Edlyn is a good trainer and there were not many people so it was good. The outlet is sooooo big and I was so excited to see the pool! I am sure I will be back there for future classes. The only bad thing is that its a mix gymn and I actually do not like that the studios are made of glasses so anyone walking around can see the classes going on.

I still like that its big though. My arms, shoulders, back and legs are in pain after KB class, probably due to over exertion. But I guess its normal when the muscles are moving. Its just like the first week when my whole body and legs were in pain. Now I find that I can do more crunches and my weight has dropped a little. Kak Yati and some of my parents on Friday mentioned it! So yay!

Its all about paying the price. When you want something good, we always have to pay the price. Nothing good is ever going to come to you for free. It takes hard work, dedication, persistance and most importantly, do not quit.

Same goes for this business. Paying the price was not easy when I met up with an incredibly sceptical person on Thursday. Thank God for good posture, this person will make it to next week's open. Awesome! This system works!
