I had a really exciting day which was suprising because initially I thought it was going to be stressful with the bossess sharing today!
But before that, there has been many going ons these few days and I certainly wish I could have written it all down here. But time constraint is a good challenge that I am overcoming.
Last week, for the first time, I had dinner at Pastamania and it was yummy. Nurul was a lovely company and the food was great because of all the cheese. Haha..oh no worries, I will be back at workout classes by the end of the week!
I was at Liang Court on Saturday for a complementary burn define appointment. It was ok but after that I did not know how to get home. The queue for cab was so long that I thought I might as well start walking so that I can find the train station.
I did not.
In fact I ended up walking till Clarke Quay and Chinatown before heading home. It was nice to just roamed around aimlessly. This was my first time there and it was beautiful.
Did not want to miss capturing the moment.
I thought today was going to be stressful with the bosses sharing but it was really not that bad. I was amazed at how our little Thinkubator can take up so many people. I was also amazed at what an awesome speaker my boss is, she is really a wonderful speaker because I find that she speaks from her heart. She also injects humour and that is perhaps why she is always the favourite person to choose for as speaker.
Actually I did not prepare any notes and I was practically reading from the slides and elaborating on points from the top of my head and from my heart. I was not nervous at all and I think I MUST credit this to BWW for shaping me this way. You know, if you told me when I first start this journey that I was, one day, going to share in front of bosses and school leaders of 2 zones, I would have called you nuts.
But today, that happened and I cannot be more proud. Not proud of myself, but proud of the team that was I fiercely working with. Truly, if there was a dream team, this would be it. What my boss, RO shared was awesome and I felt appreciated but what Cat shared towards the end of the presentation about us was truly touching.
This environment is a blessing. Not me.
As usual, SP always manage to catch me in action but I am saddened that her actions were not captured. I think she deserve great photos to be taken of her too..so next time I shall be more prepared.
This whole collage was taken from SP's blog. I thought this is a great picture of me with my boss in the background and yes, the crowd may seem intimidating in the beginning, and that is why I really thought on the whole, we rock.

PS: My trolley story is now famous, I should really start asking for royalty. Hahah.
