You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

1. She's a witch. I think she has cast some spell on the CEO and the chairman. For the past 2 years, so many staffs have left the company and I cant believe the chairman didnt even question her. Come on, how is it possible that all 15 staffs left because they have attitude problems? It just doest make any sense. I dont think she is sleeping with any of the boss, I would puke my guts out as she is neither attractive nor does she have a very pleasant personality.
2. She's a B****. She practice favouritism religiously. If she dont like that particular person, she will pick on them and drive them up the wall. Eventually that staff will leave and the cycle continues.
3. She's an idiot. Like I have mentioned before, she dont really know how to use the excel programme. She doesnt know how to include formulas in the database. She sucks at it and Nurul and me are the ones who do all her ridiculous dirty work.
3. She's a two-faced. There were a couple of times when she spoke something behind my back and she actually pretend to be totally blur about it. She has absolutely no idea that everyone knows what is going on except her. I think she secretly is scared of me and I just know that she hate it when I confront her about something. To be so pretencious about it irritates me to no end!
4. She's a jinx part 1. I remembered when she first came in, a couple of staffs went down with illness, sickness and 1 was even awarded to the hospital. Even she admitted the place being filled with bad luck. Yah, duh.
5. She's a jinx part 2. Did I mention there were 3 people who fell to their death at around our workplace this past year? They committed suicide. One of these days the person committing suicide might just be one of our clients.
6. She's ugly. I rest my case.
7. She works round the clock. Being single at 55, no parents, no boyfriend, I dont think she has any friends, the only thing she can do is spend her time in the office working. It make sense right that she has nothing else in this world. The worst thing is, she expects others to put in the crazy hours in work like her...as if we have no social life like her. How pathetic is that.
8. She's a negative thinking dictator. For example, when someone excused herself from work because someone close passed away, her first thought would be that person is lying and trying to get away from work. What kind of a sick person would lie about someone's death?!
9. She a controller. Its no wonder she is single. Its good that she will leave no trace behind when she leave this Earth. She likes to control eveyone, everyone have to do her bidding, her ideas, no matter how stupid and ridiculous it sounds.
10. She is a butt kisser. She kisses the butt of anyone she wishes to impress to hide her stupidity. This is too gross for me to go any further.
11. She is unorganized. Her desk looks like a storm came in and mess things up. She have a big problem being organized (or not at all) and she constantly loses things and forgets where she puts documents and stuffs.
12. She treat people as though they are invisible. I really think its rude when someone speak to you and not look at you in the eye. Only 2 reasons for that. One, she is autistic, which is understandable. People with autism do have problems and difficulties looking at people in the eye. Two, she is lying. We all know when someones lying. They would not dare to look at you in the eye.
13. She takes credits of others work. At management meetings, she would take credit of all the work done, but actually it was all done by her staff whom she pushed them to do her pile of work. Thats like back stabbing man and I have no respect for anyone who steal the works of others and credits themselves.
*I am writting this because my idiotic boss didnt approve my leave for the last 2 weeks of June. I have 11 days leave and I was going to clear it. Want to know what she said? She asked Nurul (my supervisor) to tell me to cancel my leaves and take the leave period for the first 2 weeks of June and then come back for the 2nd half of the month to clear my work. What kind of f***** up arrangement is that!?! I dont understand why I cant clear my work this last 2 weeks.
* Will be confronting her tommorrow. I am so fuming mad my face turned hot. If she dares to mess with me, there will be vulgarities, and finger pointing tommorrow. OO..the drama, I dont think I have ever been so mad at somebody, I could literally beat her up.
But I wont. Like I anticipated, she started the war. I am going to finish her a** off.
