You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Phenomenal
Phenomenal. That is how I describe today. Everthing was so surreal and this picture above will forever stay with me. This picture signifies sucess and freedom. I envisioned this picture for myself and now, more that ever, I believe it is possible.
It was the first time ever we had Diamond recognition in Singapore. As I cheered and applaud for the accomplishment of the winners, I was also seeing myself up there, with my hands raised. That is the future for me.
I did not know that there were going to be more than 2 speakers. Apparently there are so many new big achievers and they were all sharing a bit of their success story. The best thing is, the girls and me were sitting right in front! We were sitting on the 1st row for both sessions! This is a miracle because usually the first few rows will be reserved for eagels and platinums. However this time, the first 2 rows were not, it were the subsequent rows that were reserved. Thanks to Kak Yati who urged me to sit in the first row, I wasted no time in leading the ladies to the first row. Why I did that is because I know that tonights teachings was going to be phenomenal and there is just magic in sitting in front. Everything that each speakers says is so much more personalized when you are sitting in front. It was truly magical.
As expected, my mentors, Kankan and Samina were awesome. This time, their message was stronger and more direct. I like that. I prefer someone to be frank and direct with me rather than they be nice and not truthful to me. Kankan mentioned that there are absolutely no limits in this business except the limits you put onto yourself. I agree.
As I was sitting there, I was so glad and proud that the person speaking on stage were my mentors, people whom I listen to. I always wonder why people seek advices from everyone, even people who are not qualified to give advices. If someone is at the same level as you in life, they absolutely cannot given you advice on how to make yourself better. Make sense right? If someone is not at a place in life where you want to be, do not take their advices. It will do you more harm than good. It is not rocket science.
I had the opportunity to speak to Reena, the Brand New Diamonds from Malaysia. I caught her after the whole function ends and I didnt want to miss that chance of meeting her. This was how the conversation went:
Me: Congratulations and thank you. You were so inspirational. (huggin her) Reena: Thank you. Hey I always see you! Me: (stunned) Reena: Yes yes..you always come right? Me: Yes! Thank you. Reena: Are they new? (pointing to Naf and Nisa) Me: Yes, Nisa is a brand new 3% ter. Reena: Congratulations...doing this as singles. I did it once before. Me: Yes yes. We could relate because we want to be full time moms to ...in the future of course. Reena: Really? (suprised) My friends always laughed at me and they cannot understand why I went to college when I wanted to be a full time mom. Me: No its great...u taught us a lot and those are the most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Reena: Thanks, I was shopping and I like it so I took it.
Wouldnt we all like to shop like that? She was so friendly as always and I am so honoured that such a successful person like her can remember me. Me! I am truly honoured. I am not exagerating when I say that she was wearing the most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Nisa was too stunned to say anything when she saw the shoes. Haha. I was so tempted to ask if those were real diamonds. But I didnt want to seem so shallow.
Her speech to me was the most inspirational .It was really short but it impacted me so much. I could not hold my tears back when she showed the video of Grace, her daughter who wanted so much to help the underpriviledge kids in China build a school. The integrity and passion moved me so much and I am so glad that there are still people who pass on good values on the next generation. Only kids in Britt system will be like that. I have seen the difference.
I like the rabbit hole story the best. Ladies, the next time someone has doubts on you or your business, remember this story and how you have seen the rabbit gone into the hole. Trust your eyes and heart, you saw the rabbit, they didnt. I had heard this story the night before from Kankan. I wonder how they always have something new to say. Is it because of their association? It should be. You are who you hang around with. The speech pattern and the thought process of these winners are incredible. I am nowhere close, I am still learning.
If you were not there, I am sorry. I am sorry that you missed out. There was something just for you at the function, but you were not there to receive it. I hope that opportunity will knock again soon...hopefully not too late.
I am so proud of each and everyone of you who were there despite the challenges. Congratulations for just being there! I am sure it was life changing you. Winners do not make excuses and they always work around their challenges to find solutions instead of whining and complaining away. Successful people always find time to do the things that are important. You guys are on the right track and it will be my biggest joy to see each of you on stage for your achievements. I have no doubts that you can do this.
It is now our responsibility to go out there and help others. Have a dream that is bigger than all your challenges. Remember, the choices you have today is due to the choices you had yesterday. And the choices you will have in the future is going to be due to the choices you make today. Make the right choices.
