but I do not know who and where you are........... < ">

You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Kissed!

Your Response is: Stay Calm

You don't have much of a fight or flight response.

In fact, you rather do neither. You don't like getting worked up.

You are able to approach most threats calmly and rationally.

You don't let your emotions get the best of you!

To stay calm is always a good motto to have at all times. You never know what is going to happen. I think I am pretty calm at most times, and yes I do not let emotions get the best of you, even when that is probably what girls are best at doing. However, I may fear that I have gone stone hearted, haha, you know what I mean.

Ooo the weekend went by so fast. I did not feel like I have rested enough, haha, but dont we all feel like that all the time? If you do feel like that, stand back and take a look at the situation, the whole picture! This reminded me of a story Eddie shared about a guy who keep getting a recurring dream. While searching for asnwers in real life and in his dreams, all he needed to do was to take a step back to relook at the whole picture right in front of him. Yup, when the door says pull, pushing it with all your might will still not work:p

Everytime I go to PASE I feel more and more blessed to be part of this wonderful team. I actually look forward to go to PASE more than open, simply because of the smaller setting, the more chances we get to bond. I NEVER fail to learn something from PASE, and each time I come, I take away something that I can reflect, adapt and then apply in my own life, be in personal or business.

This PASE was extra extra powerful, and I think the leaders chose the best person to share on 'The best way to edify'. Everytime Ender speaks, its words of wisdom coupled with excitement and more excitement. One of the most important lesson from this business that I have taken away and practice it religiously is to be a good finder in people. It is in our nature to find something negative in people, and to be look for the positive was challenging in the beginning. But it no longer is now;) Good habits, when practice, will be part of you.

Ender said this too:
"You have a choice to be great."

Why be great, you may ask? Why be average then? What is the good thing that can come out of being average? Ask yourself, and think about this.

Like always, Mr William Anthony teachings went straight to my heart. I went home with the lesson: Know Thyself. I was thinking about this and realise that I have always known myself for most of my adult life, my teenage years was like a maze that I constantly get lost in. Perhaps that was the reason for failure during poly, everything just did not match up. Now I understand that every single event, every single failure, every single tear, every single joy that happened was to prepare me for what I am today. For instance, if I did not fail back then, I would never be able to understand how my students feel when they fail.

God truly has a plan.

Our minds are sometimes too wrapped up with mediocrity and triviality to even begin to understand God's actions and powers.

The Leaders Night Owl was a blast. The numbers have doubled, which means, we are on the right path. I am still amazed by the generous sharing that was done by Eddie. Its really a big blessing for me and team, to be able to plugged to this.

While each one of us took some time to share, I also could not help tearing when Dolly shared. I have NEVER EVER heard anyone singing the praises of their sibling like that anywhere outside this business. Where in the world can we find people who tell their siblings how much they appreciate his/her actions, patience, love for them? I have also seen children speaking of their parents like they admire them as heroes. Where in the world can you find that? Only in this awesome system.

We ended late, close to 1 am and getting ready to go home. While we were busy settling all ticket matters, this boy came over and said goodbye to Fir. He turned and I said, "No goodbye for me?" That was went he came over, and immediately hug and kissed me on the cheek! No hesitation at all! Yup, Naf also got the kiss! Haha, we were both kissed by the same boy, same night!

That boy is Gordon, the youngest member of Britt team at 5 years old. He has such a round face and 'botak' hairstyle and that is exactly what make him so cute!

I went home from PASE knowing that I am in the right association, at the right time, with the right vehicle. What is left to do is to continue to take action!

Have a great start to the week!
