You can call me Noi! This blog consists of my thoughts. I am just a simple person with BIG dreams! Like the charcoal, hot pressure and extreme heat must be present in order to create a Diamond. I am in the exact same process.

Learning journey and priceless moments
The Learning Journey name for SNOs was specially created and organised by me and this is the third and also the last time I am organising it. This is mainly because we have mostly covered the good schools and next year we will be enjoying the new holiday scheme so I thought that I will end it here. I have learnt a lot and organising and coordinating is no joke especially when I have to check and recheck that I used the right words in my emails to the VPs and Ps. I also had the help of Jamie last semester so it was not too bad.
As usual, each school, each SNO never fails to give me a different insight to teaching and learning. I have learnt much and I know those who embarked on this would agree too. What is always so enjoyable is the company comes along. Since we are learning, why not have fun too right? Isnt that the whole idea of what we do in schools? Children learn better when they are not stress! So do we adults!
Thank you to all particpants and hosts for the sharings and accomodations. I cannot thank you enough. All the trouble is worth it, if you gain value or learn something out of it. I am just an organiser, creating more opportunities for us to learn together. I will still be doing this, but via a different avenue, you will soon know! I will be collaborating with one of the most experience and highly qualified teacher cum SNO so watch out for it!
These moments are priceless. Thank you for the fun and laughter.
Today's priceless moments I MUST mention: - Hug so tightly and so long by Mei (brand new eagle) who repeatedly said thank you to me. - Hug again so tightly twice by Gek San (youngest eagle ever!) who edified and thank me profusely even though I did not do much. - Ms Jambu who forgot to let me introduce myself (you are forgiven, dear! haha. Don't dwell on it please) - Sharing on books by Fidah (awesome 10x speech pattern, even I am amazed) - Sharing of news by Fidah (that caused me to jump and dance in front of the mosque)
You know, I think that my team will produce a batch of eagles, and not just one. You might never know who will go eagle first but I can tell you for sure, that it will so exciting when the person who go eagle first is also the newest IBO.
Naf, you have competition!!
I am also soooooooooooooooooo proud of Fidah. And this is the SAME person who was nervous doing class presentations (40 people in class only)!! And today she voluntarily got up and shared in front of a huge crowd, no script, just straight from the heart.
I am proud of you. I know I will continue to be proud of you and I shall clap the loudest for you ok when you go on stage.
Thank you to Naf too, for pushing me to speak my other goals as well. It was difficult to even speak it because I had no hope with regards to it. This week, that hope was reborn and I must thank Naf who verbalised my thoughts which actually existed at the back of my mind.
I know this sounds like a thank you speech but appreciation must be expressed and shown. We are only humans. We must remember that God will not give you what you desire, but God will give you what you expect.
Expect good things to happen, I heart you ;) Make it happen.
